Strange Ass People
About a week and a half ago I contracted with producer Binge Jammin and comedian David Raibon to write and produce a song and some correlating music stems for David’s reality show called “Interviews With Strange Ass People”. This is the final result. The clients were very pleased with the song and have agreed to make it the theme song for the show which may or may not get picked up by network TV. I will post a Youtube video when they finish shooting the first episode that uses my song and music.

A cool track Stoneman..You've got a really characteristic style i hear in alot of your songs..
The melancholic falsetto tuneful verses and catchy harmonised soul choruses..
Mixing up 70s flavoured soul with rock n pop n hip-hop
I like how you've ran with the theme - and could easily see this as the tune running over the credits
Sounds like an interesting idea for a programme..Hope it gets picked up by a network -Would be a great break for you :)

This is the kind of thing that I think would be soooo much fun to work on. I love the name of the show hahaha - this tune is perfect for the theme song! Great words, great sounds and vibe. Congrats on being chosen to do it - TONS of good luck with it moving forward.

It's fun stuff, the video.
But he has to learn to mix audio better. Can't hear the conversation hardly at all.

Todd, yeah I mentioned that to them and they are working on it. This was just the first pass. I shouldn't have even posted it but I was excited. Audio adjustments are coming soon.

Stoneman, like the guitar intros and outros, turned up like that, you're an excellent guitar player lol,
like the rich vocabulary, when you listen to smokey robinson "the way you do the things you do" or "tears of a clown," or sam cook "what a wonderful world this would be", or otis redding "respect," or chuck berry "roll over beethoven", or "c'est la vie" all have that...that's a great tradition, when the music's there, to back it up.
kudos...

A couple thoughts from mark Twain.
"Anyone who stops learning is old, whether twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young. The greatest thing you can do is keep your mind young."
Mark Twain
"Clothes make the man. Naked people have little or no influence on society."

Thanks so much Steve. Both for your kind words about my musicianship and your great words of wisdom from Mark Twain. As always, your firm grasp of historical quotes comes through with great relevance. I learn something new everyday. At least I think I do. Sometimes I learn something I once knew all over again. That to is a blessing!
Much Respect To You!
