The fruit of my Florida Vacation--"Slipping Away"
I'm nearing the end of my wonderful 2 weeks in florida. I came down here with my wife, my laptop, a keyboard, and a guitar. I had thought I'd knock out 2 songs a week but alas, this is the only one that's happened.
Let's say it was inspired by a mean old lady who nearly ran me over in the grocery parking lot.

Thanks guys for the listens. Alas, I just arrived back in the frozen north.
I listened to the song a few times on the way home in the car and realized I need to do some work on the backing vocals and mixing. I had nothing but headphones down on vacation. I thought it was a 'done' piece, but I guess it's still a bit of a work in progress.
