Where I've been hiding lately
I don't remember if I ever made it public, but I got fired in March, and now have a completely new job that has nothing to do what I was just doing. I deliver express mail from a couple of different postal facilities. It's pretty easy work and the pay is fine. The only thing is, it has odd hours. I drive from 7:45 to 10am, then I have a four and a half hour period where I can do whatever I want (I don't get paid for that time) and then I have a return run for two and a half hours. And it's a six day a week job, so basically, I've kind of dropped out of the web for awhile. When I get home I spend some time with my girlfriend then we often watch a movie on the computer (She gets great things from the library every day).
But it's not like I've stopped doing music. In fact, I've spent an hour or two a day of my break learning violin. (But don't expect any recordings for ten years or so.) Still, it's fun to be in the beginner's mind again. I've also done a few experiments, for lack of a better phrase, with polyrhythmic guitar.
I'm about to upload one called "Supertrance." I'll let you know when it's up.

Yes, great to see you back on site Tom and to hear that you are still very much progressing your music. I was just thinking the other day that I had not seen you for quite a while, and was hoping nothing serious was up. Great to hear things are working out so you can still offer more of your fine musical wares.
