It's a tough call but I'm going to say Guitar . It's a more intimate thing, playing guitar and singing to someone, verses, serenading your lover with drums.

To me they are both sexy. Guitar can take you to a place of serenity and calm if played right. The Drums well let's just say it takes me to another level which is loose and fun.
I would take a guitar however over drums.

Taylor, that reminds me of when John F. Kennedy was running for president, and was asked what state has the prettiest women. He said, "Well, my wife is from New York, so I'd have to say that New York has the prettiest women." No wonder he won the election!
Being mainly a guitarist, I'm inclined to say that guitar is sexiest because of the range of emotion it can provoke.
But it's drums that provide the sexy, driving beat to rock n roll. It was the addition of drums to gospel and blues that really made rock n roll happen.
