Still never received any of the below orders. Little bit saddened. I love IAC but treatment of paying customers is artrocious and as it currently stands i won't be buying again.

The Pipeline is not for Support posts.

We have indication that all files were sent.

Have you checked your junk or spam folders, as sometimes you will find them there. Also, did you receive a Shipped confirmation? Reply to the indicated address and we will follow up to assist you in receiving your files. If necessary, the files can be re-sent to an actual address you designate, instead of the Google proxy.

Records indicate the initial order, August 26, failed in credit card authorization, and was not able to be charged successfully until August 31. We are looking further to see if this was a factor.
