I'm 8 and have only been playing guitar for 1 month. My friends think that I'm pretty good. but i thik that im just going to quit.

it's good to know now before i make any more of a fool of myself.

tis a mystery sometimes what we may not see through a glass shrouded in cloudy darkness , (to our eyes and mind or ears ) but then, occasionally, once in a while the mystery unravels itself when we open our minds eye and look at things from a different perspective, then we may see glimmers of light shimmer, sparkle and reflect something unexpected and we begin to grasp what was missed the first time or two.

Sometimes those dim slivers of expressive qualities and ideas are hard to see in an unusual piece of artwork or music because we refuse to think differently, or listen more intently for the imagination that went into a work, when we stop for a minute, lend an ear or assess something with out prejudice of what we think is right or proper, then we open the door to a more tolerant approach to many aspects of life...art music culture.

Until such a time most of us wont really understand or get what another artist is trying to portray because we already have made up our minds to what is good or bad. But once we begin to step back and show a more open-minded approach to these type of things then we may get it, and the idea or concept may be revealed to us somehow. Occasionally we may get what it is or what the artist is trying to share, or what they may hope for you to grasp or appreciate.

I dont know, I kinda went convoluted in this thing. but that is me....I over analyze and complicate things
