Hello everybody....I'm just new in IAC!
Hello everybody,

Here below I introduce myself, hoping to read from you too.

Mark Boals is an American hard rock/progressive metal singer noted most for his work with Yngwie J. Malmsteen starting in 1985-86 with the album “Trilogy”. Mark did 4 albums and a lot of touring and live dvds with Yngwie. Mark was born in Youngstown, Ohio, USA. As a young child he learned to play the piano and bass guitar, but he is best known for his singing abilities: Mark is known as a master of the soprano high A (A5) note, which he hits in many songs. This is a difficult note for many singers, and Mark is one of the few to have mastery of it. After playing with local groups around Northeastern Ohio, he worked with Kim Simmonds and the band Savoy Brown.
Following that he worked with Ted Nugent in 1984.
Mark Boals is the founder and vocalist for the band Ring of Fire, with whom he has recorded 3 studio albums and 1 dvd. Mark has released 3 solo albums. He has also performed and recorded with with Uli Jon Roth, Danish progressive metal band Royal Hunt, and many others. He also likes to sing classical music and has performed with a local symphony in Los Angeles and various choral groups as a section leader and soloist.
Mark is also currently handling vocal duties in the band Seven The Hardway featuring guitarist Tony MacAlpine and the master drummer Virgil Donati, which released a self-titled album in August 2010.

Hello Mark,

Echoing the welcoming words of fellow artists above and with finally getting a chance to catch my breath since having very recently taken over the reins at IACMusic.com, I want to add and extend a hearty welcome to you for joining IAC and for sharing your music and songs as well as your many years of success and achievements.

There are many changes underway and currently taking place here and more in the pipeline – pardon the pun – all designed to strengthen and improve the site for the benefit of all members.

In the next day or two I will be making my way around to extend a welcome to other artists who have also recently joined IAC to welcome them and to extend the hand of friendship on behalf of our large and growing community here at IAC.

Should you have any questions or concerns at any time please do not hesitate to let us know. You will find the IAC Support email address on the admin page of your account.

Welcome. We are honoured by your presence here.
