Friends and fans, I have been diagnosed with Sciatica, which is an inflammation of the sciatic nerve in the lower back. This is going to make life a bit harder where computing is concerned, as I can no longer sit for long periods of time without severe discomfort, but I will keep plugging on.

. I have an inversion table and use it every other day. I hang fully upright and it helps me open up that back, Don't know if will help you but it sure helped me. Yoga breathing, positive thought medetation, focus on sending positive messages to the area of pain all while I hang fully inverted, more blood to the brain means more oxygen, Had some of my best ideas this way. But ask your Doc and it only works if you use it regularly, Remember baby breath deep, let it out slow, again breathe deep, let it out slow, positive thoughts, good adrenalin flows, Your getting sleepy sleepy.
