What is your signature song if you had to pick one?
also feel free to post a link.
Most say mine is Virtual Star, but it's also been said about Incorrigible and Walmartville.

If you don't want to listen here are the words !
They told me I was charming but alarmingly so
They said that I was breakneck but I told them "What the heck"
My style was seen as chancy , kinda singy kinda dancey
I appeared genteel and stylish with muck up to my neck
They thought that I was frisky, uniquely brisk and risque
Frighteningly sprightly and menacingly bright
Called me perky and alert like a diamond in the dirt
And they were absolutely, quite astutely, kinda cutely right
CHORUS
Don't taunt me don't haunt me
'cause I'm dangerously jaunty
Don't goad me or explode me
I'm precariously carefree
Don't tease me or torment me
Don't try to re-invent me
Don't jeer me, don't fear me
I'm a hairy, scary rarity
They said that I was quirky, hazardously perky
I was setting off alarms but I was harmfully calm
They said I was explosive, precocious with a motive
But this was all more power to my spirited arm

Well mine obviously are going to be instrumentals, i have a few songs I sing, but dont know how compelling they are, although some have said i sing pretty decent and the comments seem to indicate I might have a knack for songcrafting lyrics and such, that still needs to be proved but not as prolific as doing instrumentals, that is like i said on another post, my forte.
I like my Holding to the Dream song,Living Waters and Darkness to Light but the downloads, likes and royalties dictate others that are more popular, which surprised me . How are we to know fans and listeners would like something else, strange, you know what, it never fails to show us, that it isnt what we like or think what should be the song people would enjoy, it is what is liked so go figure, even to this day, my whole album back in 2010 still gets spins weekly 2-3 songs here and there. are you kidding me, i like that, but didnt think it would have legs this long.
. The top three for sales, downloads and likes and favs are Changes, The Gift and Driftin' the whole album is here Holding to the Dream
my signature song would be Holding to the Dream
This is a really good post and thread, i like it. keep it growing folks
enjoy the songs we all have featured. I will

No FT "Drifting by" doesn't describe me at all - I think a signature tune should say something about the person like this one does I just uploaded this example I'd forgotton I wrote this, it's one of my favourites.

My opinion changes fairly frequently.
For a long time, I thought it was "Cary's Here".
But other folks thought it was "The Yummy Song".
Recently, I'm thinking that it might quickly become "We Made It To the Middle".
Who knows?

Too many to chose one, really. Even if we narrowed it down to our eras.
Not just me, but Den and Jeff. Both have written so many great songs in so many different sounds that it would be impossible.
It would be easier to pick the ones of mine that I would like buried forever, but Den has them somewhere in a box of tape or in a remote crevice of a hard drive.

Bryon, thank you for your very kind words. DLTR is one of my faves too... I had the chords and melody running around in my head for a few days, but no lyrics.. not even a direction. I found myself at a meeting and all of the lyrics just laid themselves out at once.
I was scribbling madly, hoping that it would look like I was taking notes, but hoping that no one asked me for comments on the speaker's topic... I missed every word of his speech, but got the song.
And thank you for all of the support and encouragement you've provided over the years here.
Glenn
