Seasons change and so did I, you need not wonder why
That's a line from the Guess Who song No Time (Left For You).
Is it strange I should change I don't know, why don't you ask her? - Neil Young
My life is changing in so many ways - Neil Young
Just to think, at first, you thought you were changing me - Father Time
This topic is about if you feel you've changed a lot or much or not at all since you graduated high school (if you graduated)?
I feel in my soul I've changed so much but in many ways I know I haven't changed much at all. Friends on the internet will tell me I've mellowed out so much since they first met me, yet I'm relatively certain I am like the most constant person who ever lived.
What about you?

Situations change, but I remain the same shithead I've been for years. I still feel like I'm a 17 year old even while my physical abilities seem to decline exponentially year after year. This signals my failure in life more than anything.
Mentally I haven't processed many of the things I should have by now. And it's not an easy task to get over that hump. I am getting older and weirder and there is a persistent knocking at the big black door

I think I am still the smoldering inferno of a guy I was years back. I am still itching for a fight with fate. I am still passionate about the things I believe in and I am still a horny bastard that chases his wife around the house. I am still compassionate about those less fortunate than me and still thankful for every bit of food I intake. Now, some very obvious things have changed. I am Greyer. balder and older looking. But, my body is way more muscular than in my youthful days. On the whole, I am still the same guy who worked tirelessly for years learning how to play the music I heard in my head constantly. The joy derived from making music still makes me feel rich.

In his 50s they wanted Dylan
To write songs like when a kid,
“Masters Of War,” “Girl From The North Country,”
But he never did.
Change.
It’s never the same.
Hearing music down a windy street,
Or snatches on the radio,
David Roth and Van Halen ruled,
Where did Van Halen go?
Change.
It’s never the same.
Our glorious sun causes gravity waves
Rippling on our rocket ship,
Our event horizon changes,
Time’s part of the trip.
Change.
It’s never the same.

Yeah, I do music and literary endeavors these days, music music music, there's music all over...
I appreciate the artistic/musical souls here, a grand group, rock on...

I change by the hour, my love/hate happy/sad lively/lazy clever/stupid levels are so variable.... but through it all, my commitment to anything permanently has always been my downfall. I'm still self analytical, impatient and I fail to see the point of physical life at times, I live in my head, that's where it all happens !
FT you are very constant, you discovered your strengths and weaknesses, your likes and dislikes and your ambitions many years back. Today, you don't have the will to leave your comfort zone. Your best memories reside in those earlier years and you constantly want to return there. Hope you don't mind me summing you up so simply :)
