What's your favorite condiment?
I noticed that Arby's roast beef isn't nearly as good without Arby's Sauce. Likewise, tacos suck without taco sauce, I alternate between mild and hot. Soft pretzels are no good without yellow mustard and the best wing sauce is Frank's with some butter mixed in.
Hot dog relish is overrated.

I'm going to be cool and say my fav condiment is wasabi (even though it isn't)

Okay but you have to explain why that makes you cool. :/)

Because it's unexpected?
and hipsters who brag about eating sushi are definitely cool.

My favorite is actually regular mustard in the foil pack with a corn dog in a paper wrapper.

Sushi is what's overrated. They have 100 varieties and they all taste the same lousy imo.

A life without Ketchup would be a sad one.

My favorite condiment truly depends upon what the dish is that the condiment is garnishing. Makes all the difference.
For instance, I would never put catsup on a hot dog, but I would not eat french fries without it (unless they were smothered in melted Merkt's cheddar cheese).
An Italian Beef sandwich REQUIRES hot giardinara peppers.
And I can't stand mayo on most things, but a good BLT really needs it.
It's not such a simple question, after all.
There is no one condiment to rule them all.
Although hot sauce does go on pretty much anything. Of course, then you have to decide which hot sauce of the dizzying number of hot sauces out there is the right one to use.
