The world as is makes absolutely no sense.
Everything is bassackwards. What's supposed to be good is bad, what's dismissed as bad is good. The lowest forms of life rise to the top, the best, the most earnest, the most brilliant are stuck in total quicksand. Yes you can find an appropriate soundtrack for your life on youtube but doing whatever you need to do to get by should not be a way of life. Drinking yourself into oblivion doesn't even work cause you were already in oblivion to start out with. If you dream you're stupid, if you don't why bother living at all? Not to be a downer haha but I fucking hate waking up, this feeling of powerlessness is all I can think about, how I can't change a single thing for myself or anybody else, On top of that, all the cartoons on TV have obnoxious voices and are drawn similarly, from the Scooby Doo school of simple dodoism, how can everything seemingly evolve into something lesser, worse. I sure hope I can get to sleep and don't wake up for a long long time but I am never that lucky.

Quicksand is not as deadly as it appears in the movies. Because your body is less dense than quicksand, you can't fully sink unless you panic and struggle too much or you're weighed down by something heavy. You'll get dirty, but the quickest and safest way to free yourself is to lay down and create a bigger footprint. So I guess sleep is the way to go.
But firstly, find out what is weighing you down and throw it off as soon as possible.
But are you sure you're in quicksand or just out of reach of the good fruit like Mr. Fox?
Mr Fox jumped and just missed the hanging grapes, he took a few paces back and tried to reach them but still failed. Finally, giving up, he scoffed and said, “They're probably sour anyway,” Moral: It's easy to despise what you cannot have.

There are no fruits within my reach. And all the strawberry Starbursts have been eaten.
