"Groovy Ambience" is coming soon to IMP...
... and is my second IMP station since I first joined in January. It will be anchored by SapphireWolf aka Ash Swan. Sapphire, if you are reading this my brother, you owe me nothing in return, except maybe love. I listened to 20 of your songs the other day and the final 3 just now. They are fantastic and I love your body of work, my friend!
Your works would be perfect for my mp3 player at my part-time job at an insurance company. I am blessed to be able to listen to music all day as I never have to be on the phone. My music drowns out all the chatter and commotion around me. It really helps me to concentrate and increases my productivity. I love great vocals of my indie folk, pop, rock, blues, and jazz, but often times crave the solitude of ambient with its meditative spirit.
I just perused the genres of my debut and anchor station and will also add acoustic, alternative, ballads, classical, instrumental, jazz fusion, and meditative music to this new project. Bryon Tosoff will be another "featured artist" in my new station as he is in my first one. When I start building it, I will again post here in the Pipeline and make a call to all artists with ambient music. I will continue to "feature" my main artists in my stations unless Scott instructs me not to do that. I am here at IMP for two reasons only: to surround myself with incredible music and the beautiful artists that create it. This has truly increased my joy and happiness in this, the autumn (and hopefully, not winter) of my life.
Are you aware that you can sell your music here at IMP? I tried to find you on Spotify, but it looks like you are set up as a user there, and not an artist with any songs there? I don't know how that works, as I am brand new over there too. Is your music currently for sale anywhere else? I'm in my 10th month here at IMP and am still learning the ropes. Scott and Evie have been my mentors and many of the artists have been very helpful as well. Looking forward to having the time soon to launch another station!!!

Hiya Mike, apologies been off grid due to life getting in the way of music clarity. Cant believe you actually listened too majority of my tracks back too back. Man, respect & big luv to ya. Think i listen to a track of my own twice after mastering audio on them then i wont hear it again, never been an egotist haha. I assure you when i steal time back i will give your artists my utmost attention. Honoured again Mike that you have nominated me as one of your frontline rebels, too launch your new station. I look forward to how that may grow. As for selling my music?, never taken that to initial steps Mike, for now im enjoying what i do and if others enjoy it also then i have shared a part of me too them, which is good in knowing that. Making a ££ £ from it, realistically? I don't think about it.
Back to work my friend.....
Sapphire.

Thanks Sapphire, and you are most welcome, my friend! I wish I could buy your music to put on my mp3. I appreciate that many artists from every persuasion need other jobs to keep the "pot boiling." I have nieces and nephews who are actors, ballerinas, and painters who have other full or part-time jobs to pay the bills. I surmise that is the case for many of you indie artists here at IMP as well.
Ha ha, I listened to most of your music while at my PC catching up my home bookwork and finances. So, if I cannot hear your works in my workplace, then at least I can here at home. I feel kind of guilty for receiving your artistry without paying some $$ for it though. Thank you for sharing your talent with the world, my friend!!!
I will be listening to all your songs a second time and writing down at least 10 to anchor my new station. Might take me a few weeks, but before the end of November for sure!

Hi Sapphire! I learned a lesson here at IMP this week. Some folks took issue and umbrage with my attempts to assist my existing artists. I will start my new station in about a month or so. We don't need to make any kind of "deal" for me to add your music. It stands on its own merits for a certainty! Like I told another artist, you would just owe me what every human being owes every other human being; and that is love. You have already done that, so "debt" paid in full!
Onward and upward, pip pip and Cheerio! Let us all carry on!
