Snow & glaciers & rock'n roll
Being an environmental scientist (and paradoxically loving skiing), I try not to worry about the total absence of snow here in the Swiss midlands. I saw a picture of two workmen spraying a synthetic snow substitute on Christmas trees in Paris. Almost as ironic and helpless as covering up glaciers with plastic foil (with the hope to prevent them from melting)…
Anyway, what is best for relaxing than our beloved rehearsal room? Although it needs some refurbishing, this place still allows us meeting twice a week and working on our stuff. Yesterday, all four of us were quite happy to play songs #11 and #12 (AS, meaning after Seline joined us). And tonight, Patrick and I shall begin working on #13. Ehr, quite difficult to describe this bunch of new songs, but be sure that demos will be put on the web early next year!
In the meantime, our re-designed homepage www.magnetfisch.org
is online, and lots of songs can be heard on www.artistopia.com/magnetfisch
Warm regards from not-so-cold Switzerland

iNTERESTING INDEED! While Switzerland has no snow, here in the South Pacific summer , we in New Zealand have iceburgs floating past our coastline as Antarctic ice breaks up. This is definitely not "normal" in this part of the world!!!
Is there a signal here, should any one care? Or shall we just carry on in denial of GLOBAL WARMING.
We have written the song "Coastline" ;playing around the planet on indie fm stations!
