I've noticed alot of Hip Hop & R&B artists...
Have been putting up alot of songs recently on IAC. Is there any campaign by IAC to get more of these artists on the site or is it that the word is spreading among that genre? I think it's great.

Yes IAC has invited a nice amount of acts in those genres and more to come. By the way, IAC in the last month has its all time highest traffic and also the fastest percentage growth of traffic in the history of the site. It looks like 2008 will be the year that has iacmusic.com becoming a very familiar name on the music landscape. Everybody should continue to spread the word, we feel like we're the best site out there and it's only a matter of showing new artists the path here and they will find a home for their music that is unlike any other on the web.

That's great IAC!!! Congrats on the growth. I am so glad I joined when I did. Is that because of the media marketing blitz that was talked about by Dave? Or is that yet to come? That's why I appreciate the "featured artist" placing so much. It helps to give those artists in those genres something to work hard for to achieve here at IAC. You ARE the best indie music site out there in my opinion...

Phlegm...some RAW ish definitely...some of the best Hip Hop is done freestyle. Who is that that has the voice like DMX?

Not only that, but we for instance talk up IAC on the other sites were on LOL. Sure they dont like it but hey too bad. IAC is the real deal. We also have a huge mailing list and our people come here all the time and check the tunes and read the home page and check the stations as well.
