Thanks for pointing out this VERY important statistic SLIM~! NOW it's up to:
169,460 and climbing.... this bodes VERY well for us IACArtists, eh? HELLS YEAH!
I can't wait 'til seeing 200 or 250,000 concurrent sessions on average at any given moment during the day is a reality!
Is that shooting to high? That's a quarter of a million listeners (or bloggers, musicians, etc. all put together) at the same TIME! NOW that, my friends might REALLY help all the great indie music here to shine!
Thanks again for bringing this to my Listener demographic & statistic-watching-ass, Slimdog!

That's how many people are looking at IAC at that very moment.
And, yeah... that is way cool!

FWIW ... I'd be willing to bet most clicks are hitting the stations, not individual artists or their songs.

How can we get some of these people to openly participate more. It seems that the same dozen people make all the comments on artist pages, post all the posts on the Recent Topics page, etc. etc. These folks provide a service here and carry a disproportionate amount of responsibilty in keeping these alive. It would be nice if more new listeners left comments saying why they liked a particular song as opposed to just saying: "good songs". It would be nice to hear someone new sharing their views on the topics page as to why they like IAC in general and why they buy certain kinds of music and not others, or what turns them on or off about the music scene or what kind of music do the like or dislike. Raise your hands, 167,000 listeners!!
