No, Michael Soiseth and Robert Wollam created the song, It was on their classic album "Aquatica".

Just one of the many great artists from the mp3.com days that should have received national recognition IMO.

Yeah, we should have owned the world back in those days. So much talent around us!

well of course there was tons of talent at the old mp3.com. but there is far more talent within the walls of IAC/IMP, I know because I painstakingly brought it here, from that site, from GarageBand.com, from soundclick, from lastFM, from Java Music, from Pure Volume, Artist Launch, reverb nation, My Space, Facebook, IUMA, Riffage, Broadjam, Ampcast, onesound,

Check out the majesty of the Kayak #1 songs from the first 8 years of this site.

Yes, mp3.com should have become a record label, but MR sure did sink the boat in a hurry. From a 3 billion company to zilch, and that was 25+ years ago.

Kathy Fisher was a major talent also.. I'll never forget how I heard her song on Detroit radio, once, and I though that finally one of the mp3.com artists had broken out. And the DJ was really gushing over the song "I Will Love You" after it finished.

never heard it again though and later meeting a few A&R people from TAXI they explained to me how at that time "The Clear Channel" had infected radio and any great classic song you might start flipping channels to hear was immediate pulled in order to keep listeners glued to as few channels as possible for advertising..

Yes, Kathy Fisher & Ron Wasserman did indeed create one of the great classic love songs of all time..

Gwynneth Haynes of "Sophie Lux and the Mystics" was another major, major talent who deserved a much larger listening audience. But of course MR decided to exploit the music outside of mp3.com rather than the goldmine he already had... You couldn't write a worse ending..
