Anyone have any trouble with the selling music...I am
My artist account hasn't changed 1 dime since 2008 - So I purchased one of my own tunes through the player on my website and google checkout. IAC charged my card, never emailed the tune (3 days later still no tune) and no change to my artist account total. I have written the support team and have received no response...What's the deal here? I certainly hope this is not the experience people are having when buying my music. With Itunes, and every other service, you get the music instantly. No one wants to wait days to get the music, or worse never get it at all.

That's exactly what happened to me. I got a support email saying the song code didn't go through or something. It's supposed to be delivered as a download link within hours, and it used to work.
I'm not sure what the deal is, but until they figure it out I'm sending all my fans to our SnoCap store. The markup is bonkers, but at least it works. It's alarming they haven't fixed this problem yet.

Support tickets don't go on the pipeline. Perhaps you didn't send your inquiry to the proper support email iacsupporthotline@gmail.com
