Whoa! A little animosity towards the Britts eh? Yeah, rivalries are everlasting sometimes. Shows how out of touch I am in such matters as I didn't even know that the Britts and Scotts still had some tensions. Pardon my ignorance if I wonder why. ?? Hmmmm. Yeah, like I said, I am so out of touch. The one cool thing about sports is that it all comes down to skill and in some cases a whole lot of luck! Any team, on any given day, can beat the best team. It happens a lot and that's why I love sports. Not much for Soccer though. Never payed it much. Too much running. I'm more into blood sports like martial arts and boxing. I like the one man against another theme. But what better way to spend a lazy afternoon than to watch a bunch of sweaty men competing in sport? The only thing I can think of is spending a lazy afternoon watching a bunch of sweaty women competing in sport. Now, there's an idea I like! I try to be careful that I don't fall too deeply into the tribalism that permeates fandom in sports leagues. Sometimes it just gets totally out of control.

Hey Stoneman, who could have thought that you had something to learn? Remember that Scots are officially Brits, although possibly not for much longer. As half Scottish and half Italian the result was amazing, but I live in England.......

Yeah, I learn something new everyday. Too bad that I forget it just as fast as I learn it. Hate to see the racist crap going on over there also. Really sad to see that crap dangling from the roots of where it originated. I guess people have always got to have someone to blame for their losses. Anyone but themselves will suffice! Somebody has got to lose. Shake it off and do better next time. That is what my Sifu tells me. So I workout harder, spar with more people and dedicate myself to being better at my art. The winning results are the payout. I have learned more in my losses than I ever learned in my victories. I have ten times as many victories than losses. Time for the Brits to refocus and come back stronger next time!

I can understand most of the individual words on this one Paul, just not sure about how they link together.
