Alive and Well!
It is so great to see this place still alive and well after all these years!
I haven't posted much here for a long time but I'm really starting to lose interest in giving too much time and energy to big tech such as Facebook. It is one big energy drain. I miss the days before social media took over everything and we had thriving online communities like IAC (now IMP).
Some of you are very familiar faces and it is great to see you still here and new posts and music being added.
Back in the mid 2000s, I joined IAC as it was back then as SuperPuss. I loved it here and purchased the prime perpetual membership. I then got caught up in a rather destructive religious cult at the end of 2008 and changed my band name to AusDisciples Band and changed my login here to reflect that.
I've now come full circle and ditched the religious shackles and returned to my greatest passion, creating music. My new band name is Pulse Eternal and I sent Scott an email to ask if he can change my username here to the new band name. I've kept many of my tunes here and have been recording new material for two new albums. One is a solo album and the other is a band album and I'll be adding songs from them here once my details are updated.
I am sensing a big shift away from big tech amongst many and am hoping that people will start rediscovering the joys of interaction on sites such as Indie Music People again. It is about time Farcebuch, as I like to call it, along with the other social media giants were relegated to much smaller roles in my humble opinion. They've intruded for far too long and have gained way too much control and influence.
I really hope many return to the days where we all interacted in much healthier digital communities such as this beautiful and unique place.
Great to be back!
Dannii.

I remember how very passionate you were back then Dannii, we loved having your input and were sorry when you left.... If only there were more musicians around that saw beyond FB et al. I keep thinking IMP will disappear but the faithful few go on and on - and some even return :) Best wishes to you, Verity

Thanks so much for the reply Verity.
I really hope many can not only see through the trappings of Facebook and such but also break free of it.
I sent an email from my new email address about changing my username here from AusDisciples to Pulse Eternal. I included my artist ID in the email but perhaps it didn't get through.
Looking forward to promoting IMP as many of us did back in the mid 2000s. :)

Hey Scott! Great to hear from you and thank you so much for the welcome back!
That would be wonderful if you could do the change for me. If you could change it from AusDisciples to Pulse Eternal, that would be hugely appreciated.
It is so good to see the Pipeline still active with familiar names. :)

Thanks Chris and Steve! :)
Steve, thanks so much for the station add too. 8-)
I'm planning to record a final version of Long Distance Communication very soon. The one there at the moment is pretty much a work in progress demo. The final version will be more developed and will have some ELO influence with the arrangement too.
