right. two years on ... i haven't done any writing in a long time. probably the happy pills have taken care of a great deal of what i used to fuss about. but i have a backlog of stuff to record yet, so that's fine. in any case i have to finish my master's first, before i get jammed up in anything else.

meanwhile, my amazing husband has hooked back up with his cousin, Dave Jones ... right, NY/NJ Hardcore Punk Dave Jones, of Agnostic Front, "Streets of Filth," The Out Group, The Enerjetics, Mental Floss, Jackie’s Army, State of Survival, and the only surviving member of the original lineup of MENTAL ABUSE. Mental Abuse 09 revives the legend. So yes, this is a shameless plug for Funcore worth believing in. They don't have a page here yet, so I can only refer you to myspace ... http://www.myspace.com/mentalabuse09 ... and you can see a March gig at www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1kB3xrhIC4 .
