Gospel of Judas ready to be published
Now playing: KIAC Radio

According to some of the reports I've read this text may just change the face of the Gnostic version of Christianity. The National Geographic Society will release the text after Easter. Very interesting timing boys.

I kinda excited about this, I'd like to give it a read over myself.

If authentic, the manuscript could add to the understanding of Gnosticism, an unorthodox Christian theology denounced by the early church. The Roman Catholic Church is aware of the manuscript, which a Vatican historian calls "religious fantasy."

Update:

National Geographic has posted the English translation as well as the Coptic text of the manuscript on their website. It is available for download as a pdf file if any one is interested.
