Billy Preston - sadness
Just a note to say thanks to Billy P for all the music he created and participated in making with others. When I was just beginning to "get into" music, his solo work and work with the Beatles and Stones, etc. was helpful in grasping groove and feeling in music. Check out "Outta Space"- tremendous.

Today on my local radio station, they are doing what they call a CD side, which usually IS a whole CD side of a particular artist, but today it is a tribute to Biilly Preston and his great contributions to music. It's amazing the stuff that he had his hands in over the years! It's been a real experience listening to all these great tunes! The man was truly a genius, and will be sorely missed.
