The Vagaries of ISPs
I have apparently hit my monthly upload bandwidth limit with my ISP. What this will mean for my two artist sites here, is that three or four planned releases will be delayed by a few weeks.

I am sitting here gritting my teeth, as for the Artist to whom this blog belongs, it also means a recording delay. This may actually be a good thing, as it will allow me to script_ the next set of tip-recordings and look over some new recording software. Like many of us, I am not rich, and frequently record with what free and shareware comes to hand. I am desperately searching right now for an old copy of Goldwave MultiQuence I know I have somewhere, and that it would pain me to lose; as I bought and registered it in early 2003, and it has since become my best friend where multi-track mixing is concerned.

I am very sorry for the release delay; I should have been more vigilant...but when one's connection almost immediately slows to a crawl on DSL, then resets when one tries to upload a file, there can only be one problem as a rule. Now I wish I had not uploaded so many files for my primary artist Hypnogoddess in the last 48 hours!
