Post-Punk Electro act 'Johnny Normal' has arrived, from England
Johnny Normal is a post-punk electro act from England, writing and performing original and exciting electronic music with gritty guitars and pounding rhythms.
Having recently supported acts like Nash the Slash, The Autons, Deviant, Global Citizen, Adam and the Ants 30th Yr Celebration, Maleficent, etc....Johnny NOrmal are constantly seeking new and interesting gigs in the UK and Europe.
Johnny Normal is made up of Johnny himself (vocals, synths and blippy boxes) and Nigel W (guitar and backing vocals). They have made a splash in the UK with electrifying live performances, and an incredibly brave 19-track album called 'There's Nothing'.
Johnny Normal is in demand in the film industry, having recently completed soundtracks to two British movies, with two more underway, three corporate soundtracks and currently working on an international project with a world leading electronics company, with Johnny's music at the forefront of the campaign.
There are two brand new JN songs are now on their webite (www.myspace.com/johnnynormalmusic)...'Time' and 'There's a Girl that Lives in the Sea'.These two songs see a return to more energetic electro from Johnny.
Both tracks were recorded at Johnny's studio at Normal Towers and , for those interested, the following techie details:
