Its been a while
Hello all,
Oh how I have missed you. Just thought I should drop by and give apologies for my absense over the last few months. I have been taking a bit of time off music, having been pissed about by a record company for most of last year I finally realised that I had lost sight of why I was enjoying making music, in order to get the old creative juices flowing again I decided to have a bit of a break. In this time I have had a little dabble with a few songs but nothing as intensly as I had been doing. Hopefully this means that when I do get up to full speed I will be fresh and be making exciting new music.
In the mean time I have been trying to find myself a better career in webdesign and through learning variuos bits and bobs have created a website for people like ourselves to discuss the various ways to promote your own music. It would be awesome, if anyone has a bit of spare time, if you could check out the site... WhereshouldIpromotemymusic.com and leave any comments you feel necessary. I know in the past a few of you helped out and gave your own opinions on where is best to promote your music and I hope to get your content online soon.
Anyway, its good to be back posting again, and if anyone has any exciting news I may missed out on please let me know.

Nice site!
Well designed and an interesting read!
Design wise I particularly liked that it was completely accessable in a non CSS browser, haeders were in logical places all menues and forms seems to work! When I changed to another browser this time with CSS all looked good as well. I found one glitch which may have been bug in the browser (OWB awebkit / KHTML based browser) on the regitration page the submit buton didn't show as a button with styles enabled but worked fine with no CSS. I'll check it out in firefox later when I get achance to change OS.

Thanks for the feedback Andy,
Not sure what the problem with the button is, but Ive had a fiddle and it would be good if you could let me know if its working. If anyone is interested in writing any articles for the site, please let me know as I think my knowledge will run dry soon.
Cheers

Welcome back Ben. I was gone for a few months myself, then wound up back here again. Perhaps it's impossible to leave this place. Hey even Father Time and Verity are back after a few months gone. All the best, deb

Great idea for a site, Ben. I'd love to write an article. The two links in the body of the text come up as "Not Found" Error on my Safari broswer. I'll get back to it when it's working.

The submit button now works on my webkit based browser, and also on Firefox. The only oddity being it doesn't show as a link, in so far as the mouse pointer doesn't change type (ie into a hand), odd one that.
