The Big River Bandits have just uploaded a new song
Hi everyone,
We have just uploaded a new blues/rock song called, 'You Fool'.
This will be on our second album to be released later this year.

Well, basically I L-O-V-E the song. sparklin' vocal, tasty guitar, well written lyrics.
on m'first listen, thought it might have concluded with the "tide", and the instrumental (outro). the first 2 choruses are kickin'.
on m'second listen, the third verse maybe...
yeah, the bridge = excellent...maybe enhance/extend the guitar outro after the bridge...

Thanks for your comments. I love to hear what people think. It's the only way to improve.
We've always known that the song is a little too long! Had discussions on how to shorten it. There are quite a few options like bringing in the middle eight straight in after the chorus. Also fading out much sooner. I wish I'd sung the last chorus differently to make it a lot more powerful. I didn't really want to do away with the 3rd verse but always thought it should have been done more powerfully vocally and musically to give it a kick. May revisit it and make some changes.
