Fix these happy feet.
Sitting in bed - a little early.. Doing some computer work. Listening to Coldplay's "Fix You" - and it is really comforting me right now. You know, there are some days where no matter how sunny it is outside, no matter how much someone loves you, and no matter how beautiful the world is, you need to cry. So go ahead, put on Coldplay's Fix You, and then sit silently and enjoy the moment.

There's beauty in the emotion of sadness, and there's healing in the music.

And then, if you want to listen to something that you can't help but smile to, listen to Paolo Conte's "Happy Feet"... Da da da da da......

Funny how music really saves me sometimes. I guess that's why it's so powerful.

Haven't been able to touch my piano or guitar for a couple of days, and I'm jonesin' for some writing time. When I get through this week, and through this work ahead, I'll make some time. So much to write about.

Much love to you all. R>

Hello Rose..the true sadness of it all is that everything comes to an end, in some
form or another and this is really what drives the heart which makes music, love,
and anything that matters...it is a sad beauty that pours the rain into the moon and
then the Sun appears...and yet...the clouds return like a subconscious dream
reminding us once again that rain and pain is a human constant, temporarily
relieved by healing light whenever one is blessed by goodness in it's many forms
of energy...including undefinable laughter or levels of joy: the sedative of pain.
Really think your song 'Let Go' is wonderful from the heart. Thank You for sharing
it with us at iac. :)
