Is it true that unless you have something to lose
you have nothing to look forward to ?
philosophical question #2
Is it possible to live in another time, in your mind?
Field either one if you're up for it.

and this applies to all aspects of whatever one does. my experience. you have to be delusional and crazy and off the wall to survive at all , that is me. probably not you or others, so LOSE SOMETHING, and sacrifice for the other. yeah you are right. whatever

I kind of envy those people who totally adapt their surroundings to certain decades as in furnishings, clothes, hairstyles, music, equipment etc. There seems to be a lot of 40s/50s retro revivalists and they all seem very happy. I guess I could be a 1920s flapper or a 70s Hippie quite easily. Not sure if this is what you mean however Fly
