Goddamn it.
I'm trying to avoid this posting on other people's posts thing.
Okay you're a fly, maybe that'll be okay then.
1. I have a few, Coca Cola, Seltzer, Water, Coffee, Tea... (no particular order)
2. in the studio, same room I write in. (and sleep in...)
3. Were I thinking of another specific song when I wrote this one?
...I kinda think not. This one's pretty specific. As we shall see momentarily.
it's not a political issue, it's a social issue.
4. Yeah I'm an artist alright.
5. Artiste? Well my semantics of that word is 'farthead',
so, no, I try not to be a farthead.
6. Have I done epic work yet? Am I really the one to ask that question, fly?
Isn't that for other people to decide?

1. Coffee
2. In the park under a tree writing lyrics or in my apartment in front of a computer.
3. I only think of one song at a time.
4. Yes
5. No
6. Hard to define "epic". I try to do the best work I'm capable of at the time I'm doing it. Other people are free to use their own adjectives to describe what I do. My main objective is to never do any work that is not an improvement over work I've done previously and to maintain a consistent level of quality in writing, playing and producing. The amazing thing about music is that it is infinite and there is no limit to how much you can learn about it. For me it is a lifetime learning experience.

1. Tea with honey and lemon
2. In my studio
3. Huh? I dunno!
4. Yeah, kinda do.
5. No, not sure of what that really is.
6. Yeah, well according to a variety of organizations I have. But, according to myself, I still have not reached the pinnacle of my creativity. Maybe this year. Maybe next? Maybe never. But the fun part is that I get to keep trying! Woo hoo, effort is so much fun.

Coffee
2. My best work will happen whenever I can focus on music or words. Doesn't matter much where.
3. I think of a range of songs. Well, more like many songs elicit a desire to write. So many songs at once that I'm never trying to sound like anyone specific. Just stuff I liked got me curious to try various things.
4. I am an artist
5. I am an artiste
6. I might have done epic work, but I spend most time looking past my old work and obsessed with my new work.

Of course I'm an artiste, but artist? No. My art is my life, my life is my art. so it doesn't go that far.
I've done epic work that no one has heard.
Sometimes specific songs come to mind. but I think I go beyond.
