I started seeing a shrink.
We had a long session where I told her all my problems. She told me I had a lot of self-loathing. She also said I'm manipulative and that I was even trying to manipulate her. Then we had sex.

It strikes me as funny... that you seem to only just now realize that you're manipulative... :-) Apparently her therapy didn't take, if she had sex with you... and she may need to consider a new career choice... so she is able to continue her frolicking with you without finding herself behind bars for crossing the patient... therapist no touchy, feely, invisible line thingy.

I tell you what, Iceman. Look up a Dr. Sheri Johnson in Queens. Make an appointment. Show up there, you need a little help yourself from what I've seen. :~D On the right side of her couch you will find the evidence, a large stain patch of fly glory.
Glass slippers, if she wasn't a shrink, I'd dump her. That's her main appeal. Who is she to call me a manipulator when she wore a short dress and no panties to our session, anyway?
She has yet to get to the crux of my issues. My fear of intimacy. We're working on that though, she tells me.

Ahhh... yes, the fear of intimacy... a tricky little issue... one tho, that I imagine you will be able to navigate your way through.
