The most fun with Music
My partner and I are teaching English Maths and Music to a wonderful group of Pacific Islanders from Tuvalu and Kiribati who are working in the vineyards here in Marlborough.
We have enjoyed every momment, these women are delightful---here;s a vid!!

Yes Music without Borders has broken so many stereotypes, we are friends online also
F U N ---that is it, learning by action methods, I even got them tailing the lambs
Duane we may have fallen on our feet, Anne has scored this contract for 3 years---plus we are using the studio for teaching, and music---both of us send our love to you and Terri and your gang!!

These women are so happy and positive, that's right!
But their country Kiribati is disappearing below the sea as the oceans rise. Most of their islands are only 1--2 metres above sea level, they can't grow gardens because the salt water table is too high. When there is a tsunami warning they have to climb up palm trees to survive!!!
In a few years they will have no homes ---many will have to come to NZ to live.

Kiribati is being supported by the UN and USA ---with words not deeds!
Whether we beliene that Climate change is happening or not, these islands will soon disappear beneath the sea, these folk are first in line to lose everything!
