feedback?
We have put up a remix of "Coastline" our climate change anthem.
BUT! we still can't decide whether to leave the "live" version up as we like it in a way too!
Plus it has had a few hundred plays!
An honest opinion on which you prefer? the original or the remix?
We are too close to decide, having just finished recording.

Hey there siverwood,
I think i prefer the original, sometimes you can over think some things sometimes, don't get me wrong i like the remix too, but as i heard the original one first i guess that one has my vote, they both have a lovely soft feeling about them, but for me the intro and outro although good just some how don't feel quite right, if you know what i mean. It's a very nice and pleasant song. kudos.
While we are trading comments could you please have a listen to the master himself (wizard x) speak rather nicely about us and tell me what you think. I was so impressed with his words i had to post them on here straight away.

The original was fine... but I must admit I like the remix better... maybe it's just my imagination but I thought the instrumentation sounded a bit clearer and I like the new intro/outro... Decisions.. aren't they GREAT !!!

Thanks guys, I agree with PR re the intro/ outro thats why we still have both up!
But these are committee decisions! I actually listened to that Kenny speak a couple of days ago, you already have my approval on your unique style of delivery / also the speed that "smug" got up there must tell you plenty!
I would like to hear what Kenny said about iac (he mentioned it in your clip )
Maybe you could divulge?
Man/No Band , I got used to the first version, and now I'm taking time to accept the changes, so that's what I wanted ----fresh ears

That shouldn't be too hard, i shall have it up by the end of the day GMT. He is a very interesting man with a lot to say about indie music, you know what i mean.
