I'm going to have to reform my ways
No more Mr. Wild Card who says what he thinks. That doesn't work for the masses. I'm going to become Mr. Lovable.
Gonna have to dump most of my tunes too. Gonna be GONE FROM THE INTERNETS. If you have any interest at all, or would like a future collectable, better collect them now. There are many ways to collect them even the way they're now presented, but let me know if you actually want a download legally sent.
Yes, sir, Lyin Dan is gonna get wiped.

I always enjoyed your cranky wit---must admit I'm thinking similar thoughts
"If you do what you've always done--- you get what you've always got"
good luck

I dig that equipment! How are those KRK Rockit monitors? I've been thinking about getting them.

hmm, I've known you for going on 16 years and don't recall you ever getting serious about your music during that time. I also don't think being a nice guy will help your cause that much because there's no way you would be that gifted of a schmoozer.

Richard
They're not bad. I use em to get some taste of what it's gonna sound like in the real world. I mostly use the JBL's, but you gotta listen to your stuff every which way. Warning, they're not really that reliable, I already had to fix both of them. Cheap capacitors trapped in a box.

Richard Scotti,
KRK monitors are not great quality in my opinion have you heard them live? I have.
My advice is go to a music store and listen to a bunch of different ones.
There are much better monitors for your money than KRK they are cheap but sometimes you get what you pay for.
I'm sure some people love them and I see them frequently because they are cheap.
Dan,
Since this site does not have free downloads is your music available where it can be downloaded at no cost?
Good luck with the happy smiley bit.
Two Silo Complex,
Ken

Yeah, I'll agree there are better choices for critical listening than the KRK's. Actually, if I really want to hear something closely, I'll use my AKG240 headphones or my Sony's. You can't really do a good real world mix on them, though. Unless you know your listeners are going to be using headphones.
I'm not really expecting it, but anyone who wants officially distributed copies of my tunes can ask me and I'll email em to you. Or snag them from the stream if you know how, it's all the same mp3.

I disagree on the KRK monitor thing. I have had mine for about 8 years and they have served me extremely well. No problems and they sound great!

Personally I was never impressed with KRK they sound tinny to my ears at least the krk 5'S. A lot of people use them and I have seen them in some studios.
I think in my opinion there are better monitors available but KRK are cheap and serviceable.
What the hell do I know anyway? I don't even have proper studio monitors but I've done a lot of sampling in studios and music stores and for my money KRK would not even make the list of possible choices.
Many people love them and I respect each artist choice to use what works for them and their budget.

I have a pair of KRK Rokit 5s on my desk and they're perfect for a small home studio. I've had them for years and they've been faultless.
