hi Eve, there are lots of programs out there that can be helpful, perhaps if Candice does not have that song recorded in a wav or flac mp3 and just did the vid, she can suss out programs like the one on this link,http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dvd/Free-Video-to-MP3-Converter.htm and there are many more out there, , one just has to do a google search and pick a program to get the file ripped from the vid. I think most people here could provide help and links to go to or they could even do it on her behalf and get her the song she did in Mp3 format , maybe someone here in the admin can give her some support. good luck.
