I'm not going to sleep worth a crap tonight.
How about you?
Anyone getting a good night of it?
I dream...I like to dream of flying over the landscape below, I like to be above it all...and sometimes I am...those are the good nights...
On the bad nights, the cat wakes me up clawing the window to get out, just as I'm about to, uh, nevermind.

Sleep is elusive to those aging. Less so as so.
I think it's part bio, part enviro.
There are nights I go right through and no problem.
Yet ... other nights I'm up all night ... sometimes 3-5 times a night.
One never knows. Aging still sucks because of it.

It was I who had trouble last night. Awful restlessness.
Nothing really wrong, just one of those nights.
I'd go to the doctor to get something to help, but then she keeps wanting to take my blood pressure and see if I'm okay and shit.
Who needs that kind of stress??

I am a bit worried about two of my daughters and six of my grandchildren ... they all have the virus too ... hopefully they have enough of my bad boy genes in them to whip this thing ... It's very hard on the chest ... like a damn pig is trying to suck the life out of ya ...

We're sending our kids to get the vaccine as soon as they can. There's a nasty pneumonia component to the virus that can get out of hand fast.

I love sleep. I never get enough of it.
When I get to sleep well, the world seems so much easier to live in. But that rarely happens. I've been an insomniac since I was a kid. I've refrained from using drugs because I don't want to layer the problem. Probably that's why I'm a little neurotic, lack of sleep.
