Chris Vaughn hits the European ( ECMA ) Charts
It has been a another great year so far for singer/songwriter Chris Vaughn. On July 10th 2007 The country music fans and country radio in Europe, and the European Country Music Association debuted Chris Vaughn's song "Backwrards" at no. 95 on the ECMA charts. " I have to thank Dixie Vornbrock of Tripple Strand Production for getting my music strait to the DJs across the pond" Vaughn says, "and I'm glad fans and DJs in Europe dig my style of country music.
The swinging, Texas type hoedown was written and arranged by Chris, and was published by his studio steel player Steve "Rabbit" Easter, Steve Easter Publishing. The song also recieved an honorable mention in the Billboard World Song Contest.
The song Backward is a clever twist on the idea of playing a country song backwards.
