Your favourite track to chill
Hi everyone !
It's my first blog that's why I'll try to introduce myself although I'm not new to the site.
I'm from Bulgaria which history began in 632 AD and I live in my home town of Stara Zagora which is one of the oldest settlements in Europe, being at least eight thousand years old according to the city's chamber of commerce. I just thought you might like to take
some time out and look at some photos of my beautiful country on 'MySpace' page /www.myspace.com/milakara/
If these photos and the wonderful ancient culture of Bulgaria
haven’t chilled you enough perhaps you may wish to share with me your
favorite track to chill too.
I like " We Looked Into Each Other" by Mark Limbic http://iacmusic.com/songs.aspx?SongID=27590
Whats yours,
Much Love Mila

Certainly is a beautiful country Mila. Thanks for those great photo's

At the moment there are quite a few chilly tracks I use on IAC to cool down a bit and I really like marks piano, but this one stands out for me at the moment

It's good to see you on the Pipeline, Mila, I've been enjoying your music. There are all sorts of great 'chill-out' tunes on IAC. It really depends on what you're looking for. I don't really have a particular song in mind, but I've been listening to Streamline, The Wimhurst Machine, Dwart and Ultrajazz for a while. Lately, in addition to yourself, NigelS has some great stuff up, as does James Kroon. Hopefully you'll find something in all that to your liking.

Incidentally, I've seen shots of Bulagaria from your site, as well as in videos featuring the music of Le Mystere des Voix Bulgare (I really dig their choral sound), and it IS a beautiful country.

Thanks for the pointers to those artists srm, I just going to listen to them now. I listened to Wimhurst Machine with great enjoment already but I havent heard fo those others. By the way I am an big fan of Bonsai Chainsaw

My Life is a Song

The lyrics are chilly, just a brief quote I hope with your permission

Only for a little while,
Do we walk upon the earth.
Making plans so endlessly,
Never knowing what they're worth.
Only for a little while,
then like a dream, we're gone.

I'm for taking my time.
I'm for taking my time
My life is a song,
And it isn't that long

I thinks its Rays new song thats got me focusing on lyrics at the moment

Thanks for the link, NigelS. We appreciate the comment you left, and we're glad that you like it That song is one that's been buzzing in Bryan's head for almost twenty years.

Sorry to divert the thread, Mila. Another idea is to go the the genre charts and check out the ambient charts. Just looking, I see other faves that I neglected- Cassandra Fink, Marc Ceccotti, Corrado Rossi, Ainjel Emme... just dive in. But don't stop making your own music.

Magnetfisch, really cool song!
The Alps are great place for inspiration...
As about the fine dishes...I hope you managed an appraisal of Bulgarian cooking.

Steve and Nigels!
Thanks a lot for your useful comments!
I'm a fan of many of the artists you both mentioned! The Wimhurst Machine and Corrado Rossi are some of my favourites. It's really dificult to choose only one song to chill....and as Steve said it depends on what you're looking for...!
But...
Have you ever chanced on a song that you liked very much at the moment you heard it... so that... you can't stop listening to it...

Thank you for watching my slideshow and for your nice words of my country!
