this is not really a song but a poem of sorts to go with my other post.
Dark Angel
You are with me in the morning
And haunt me through the dark of night
You drain me until there is nothing
Left with which left to fight
When I run you find me
Where I stay you go
How could I not foresee
My fate sealed long ago
Some might call in blindness
Well Ignorance is bliss
There is nothing more than poison
Sealed within your kiss
I can’t help but wonder
Was there another way
That does not pull me under
These ever lashing waves
At least you are consistent
In that which you do bring
Only ever darkness misery and pain
You diving ever deeper now within my chest
I can feel you clawing with every single breath
You fly in like a shadow and hide behind your veil
The torture never ending yet you only just begun
There is no turning back the damage you have done.
