Damn that is true!!! Makes it seem very stupid to bitch that the pipeline is boring. I just watched a fricken video, and someone on the other side of the world can read these words! :) If you think about it without taking it for granted... It's pretty amazing. I remember when there were only about eight channels on T.V. .

I'd like to quote Dr. Carolyn Porco, an astrophysicist who grew up in the Bronx. Here her statement about Saturn's rings, spatial exploration and science in general:
NY times interview Dr. Porco

They miss the enrichment that just a basic knowledge of the physical world can bring to the most ordinary experiences.
