HOLLYWOOD ENDING
Its the only station thats playing my music-or the only station linking to me ..In each case 100 or more times..
I've checked a few other artists and its the same story..
Check your own pages..
Its pretty serious if its a bad HACK or a glitch IAC can't fix..

Has anyone emailed IAC Support?

I just went in and updated my station names from my admin. page and then clicked submit. Seemed to have fixed the problem for the moment at least.

Me too on both of my stations!
It fixes it if you go in and change the name back to what it should be and update though. Not too big a job but it would be nice to see the loophole in the software that created the situation closed.

Hmm, not only have they changed all the names to *****HOLLYWOODENDING****** they added a >scrip< tag too, that's a bit nasty / sneaky.
Looking at the code it looks like it's only hidden tracker / hit counter. It shows up on my browser as it doesn't support style sheets.

I just heard back from Bam Singh, they have fixed all station names except those created in the last 6 months, those names will be restored monday though Hollywood Ending title on those will be removed and replaced with a station number for the time being.

Stations through 7/1/07 have already been renamed to their correct names. Stations created after that have been renamed "Station 3456" where 3456 represents the stationID. Those stations also will be automatically renamed to their correct names, but not until Monday when the actual restore takes place. This apparently was done by a former programmer, whose access has now been cut off. The incident has been referred to the appropriate authorities.
Our SQL databases are backed up continuously and can be restored upon request either in full or on a table by table basis. Redundant copies of our databases and our websites are maintained in multiple secure and independent locations and are synchronized continuously.
