FIRST New studio track in a year, by Conversation Suicide
Well, I figured that many of our listeners who cannot appreciate the sheer muse/force of a song, when it's in a lo-fi or LIVE recorded format..... MIGHT appreciate that we're FINALLY adding
another
BRAN NEW Studio-recorded track by Conversation Suicide.
Please ignore the lofi & mildly humourous Eukelele intro, it will be cut to more than HALF the time it currently takes up, in post-production mixing...
FUCK BUDDY (still to be remixed/mastered)
(1st studio track released as a single from the 2011 CD="The Early Stages of Total Depravity")

Thanks for lendin' an ear, countryman....
so are you saying a chorus to be added by Data Thieves; or is it that it reminds you of another tune by a different artist ???
Don't worry if you were serious about adding it, the VOCALS will be replaced with the BEST take, soon enough... and then,
s'gonna be a killa 12 track CD.

Whaddaguy, my countryman, :) so have you changed citizenship?
also I was singing along "in my head" in the same way that lots of tunes play in auto pilot "in my head" all the time,
In the kind of way a groove makes you tap your feet.
admitting that tunes play in my head has got me in deep dooda, with shrinks n stuff,
Not sayin' anything by the artist known as DT would add to the tune, am sayin that familiarity in rock/pop is more "accessible"
phlegm from shetland... ha ha :)

Shetland, eh? heh.
naw, the Countryman, was just a silly reference to the quote: "Friends, Romans, Countrymen...Lend me your Ears !"....
Wish us luck at the GIG tonight !

I love the music and vocals to this track. I definitely hear a Clash and Ramones influence, two of my fav punk groups of all time. The raunchy lyrics might make it hard to sell this track but I'm not an expert in the genre. Punk is not supposed to be polite and is always pushing the envelope. (at it's own risk)

HELLLZZZZ yeah !
THank you Bryon, Todd, and Rob of Silverdoods, for joinin' in the fun.
I DID consider a CLEAN version for a second; but think about the song, man - it would lose the humourous factor, ya know ? teee heee

Can't wait until this track is "fixed", and the whole 12 track CD is complete; thanks for the Support, and keep listening to IACmusic and Underground/INDIE, for some of the most original artists around.....

Chandra thank you for seeing the humour & catchiness; I'm glad it brightened your day, 'cause your listen & assessment sure brightened mine !!
i think This one's gonna be GREAT, when it's fully finished, and ready for the 2011 release - and it's fun as hell to play LIVE...
so....A very big Thanks to all a' y'all who've listened; PLEASE, just go to the
Conversation Suicide Page (link depicted at LEFT, also),
if you wanna see the LIVE youtube video of Fuck Buddy, with the amazing Steven Butt, on Rhythm/Lead Guitar, and JAZZY (from Neon Prophet & Gospel fame), on Drums...
Oh yes, almost forgot, a HUUUGE thanks to School, of Product Recall, who digs the tune and put it on a station, and WILL be playing it with me some day...on his guitar...
here's the studio cut again, if anybody else cares to give it a gander:
Fuck Buddy (still being prepared for final mix/master)
