yes.

just a wee bit frustrated, and wondering if anybody else had noticed the lack of facebook likes now on IAC?

we've driven a lot of traffic to IAC, both for OUR band, and MANY other IAC Artists, and facebook has been one of the best networking tools.

it takes a lot of luck, energy and love to gain those facebook likes from folks, and we were growing by leaps and bounds, finally getting over 250, from all over the world, and then the facebook like feature just vanished from our IAC Page.

sigh.

anybody else have an experience like this?

Yes it's a pain - I also had a load and they seem to have disappeared and I don't want to hassle people to "like" again if it comes back but it's such a useful link.

I don't really understand why it had to go but I know there was a notice about it.

......sigh...as well. Most things seem better now but that was a really useful tool.

Automatic Facebook Like buttons - originally posted September 5

The Facebook Like buttons automatically added to every artist page have been removed due to a problem with Facebook: the Likes counter for a given button arbitrarily resets to zero. Until the issue is resolved, and after, members may add their own Like buttons to their pages per Facebook procedures.

The automatic Like buttons will probably soon be removed from Station pages also.
