IACMUSIC mentioned on Big Word Television Program (on the TUCSON Music Scene) for Conversation Suicide's current HARD ALTERNATIVE genre Chart success!
Last week a TUCSON Music Scene News show mentioned IACMUSIC with regards to current Tucson band Conversation Suicide Indie Chart Success. Uh... Of course by the time I got to writing this BLOG, we had dropped out of the TOP 5 on the HARD ALTERNATIVE CHARTS... BUT such is the fickle nature of trying to get noticed and HEARD out there in the INDIE world. Anyhoo, as soon as I find out if these BLOGS can support HTML, I'll submit the VIDEO, etc.
FOR NOW, if you're interested-- Firstly, a HUGE thanks to Tim, Katie & Travis of BIG WORD Television Show for the TUCSON MUSIC SCENE for mentioning us and IACMUSIC. Now we just need to convince them to have us back on their show for an interview, and SOON, before this current INTERNET Indie music success wanes...
You'll find the show on AZNIGHTBUZZ.COM at:
http://www.aznightbuzz.com/thebigword.php
It's the one with the following listing:
"Latest episode: Inamorato
For the week of: Nov. 19, 2007
Episode synopsis: An interview with Inamorato, a Ph8 music video and a trailer for an upcoming independent horror film in Tucson. Also, tons of scene news."
It's pretty cool, because this is supported by TUCSON's Biggest NEWSPAPER "THE ARIZONA DAILY STAR", so, hey -- it's a start, eh?
We've been Enlisting TUCSON bands for IACMUSIC ever since I first got on it, and a number of 'em have already added themselves = Stevie D. & Company, DODGE n' Bullets, Total Depravity and a few more.... So The representation on IAC from TUCSON should could continue to grow.
Again, a VERY BIG thanks to anybody out there who's given little 'ole us a listen.... AND if you haven't.... PLEASE do SO- I guarantee there'll be somethin' for ya from Tucson's Most Eclectic Music Collective!

I just watched that, it was good. I thought the one who started the show and did the interviews was charming, wonder if she's ever checked out IAC ?
Thanks for the mention, everything like that helps a lot !
By the way if anybody here is involved in some local forum of some sort, we'd be glad to send Toby over to answer any questions anybody might have about IAC. Seems like you have a thriving scene in Tuscon, we'd love to have more of them bring their music to IAC.
Thanks Phlegm for bringing other artists to the IAC party, this kind of thing sows the seeds of the revolution.
