The MUSIC is NO LONGER streaming successfully....ANYBODY else out there dealin' with same problem??

Dear Beautiful IACMUSIC Tech Support:
For some reason our Conversation Suicide original music on The IACMUSIC site has STOPPED playing-- I can't see anything wrong from my login as ACCT holder.... UH -- Please help! We want a chance to get noticed out there too! And we're so close to being in the Top 5 of our small (HARD ALTERNATIVE) primary genre for long enough to getting noticed by CASHBOX or ROLLING STONE magazine. MAYBE I'm just dreaming...but PLEASE help!!! We've got NEW listening ears EVERY week and it helps IACMUSIC get noticed too!!! We stream our MUSIC on IAC from THREE different site, so it adversely affects our OVERALL statistics on these other sites as well!!

Uh.... and you are wrong my good man with child in photo--- This is about as unsubliminal as it gets --- but thanks for noticing!

We didn't even respond to your support Email. Occasionally a browser hangs up, and occasionally there are issues with a server. If you ever have streaming issue for all songs, chances are if you switch browsers it will work fine on the other.
Now, it would be nice if you deleted this thread because we really don't want every single new person who looks in to think there are streaming issues with IAC.

I never seem to get my point across too well, do I? :D
By the way when I said issues with a server, above, I was referring to your own internet provider. People with aol for instance have periodic problems with slow loads when if they used firefox it runs smoothly.

Much props and respect to both TOBY and Jeff Allen Myers and his beautiful child.... The only reason we worried, is 'cause Our listeners we know personally, said they we're gettin' the same thing from multiple browsers.
IACMUSIC rocks and has encouraged us SO MUCH since we first came aboard--- WE LOVE Y'all!!!

Maybe the person who was having problems on multiple browsers needs to upload the latest version of flash, just a thought. Anyway glad it's working for you now.

Well thats sometimes why its good to have these issues here Toby-'Cos i've been having exactly the same problem-and now i can see its a 'multiple browswer' issue..
These kind of things are why you can lose listeners..
I personally started spending alot more time on youtube when page 65 of the alternative chart(which is unbelivably difficult to get to as for some reason i can't just paste the whole page in)was freezing and wouldn't play songs for about the 40th time...just like pages 64,63,62 etc had done..

yes --- tech SUPPORT at IACMUSIC has ALWAYS been good to me--- no complaints... I'll definitely look into the browser glitch possibility.
