A Novel idea for a station, that only an idiot would try: the call-in request line station. You build your own station by talkin' on yer mobile..,.
Crazy Idea, eh?
This'll be YOUR Station!
Just pick one or two of yer PHAVOURITE IaC Tunes,
and give me a call.
520-546-4522 Ask for, or leave a message 4 pHLeGm.
Voicemails are just fine.
What about "Phlegm's Request Line station"....urr.....or some-such moniker, so that Bam Singh, and the IAC Support folks don't think I'm tryin' to unfairly use the IAC name, for my request line, eh?
C'mon School, Colin, Aimee, I'm hoping at least you folks'll get the calls rolling......

You guy'zes ROCK!
The best time to call is ANYTIME, 24-7, but it has 2 b on yer dime
We got a couple requests so far, but need a few more, to make a BITCHIn' Request Line station, Old skool style, with a phone line......Hosted by pHLeGm
once I can get those mics back from the tweakers that stole them, I'll be havin' LIVE DJ spots by the station manager himself.

so AMY.... when we talk this weekend, on the HORN,
you gotta give me your choice for the REQUEST LINE;
'cause you'll be talkin' to me on it, next time we speak!
J.P. Sharpe just called in, and we had a hootenany of a time. Well, that's a little overly passionate; but it was cool to speak to the legend in person.
I really can't wait to do a punky/grungey cover of "Used to Be cool in High School Blues", hopefully with SCHOOL of PRODUCT RECALL, once we get to england.
Anyhoo, J.P.'s choice was the AMAZINGLY catchy, yet deep poppy-americana tune by Sam, The Man with No BAND "ROCK in my POCKET"
So add YOUR choice. BUILD your own Phlegm's Request Line station; I mean, seriously, make your own, and become a part of this artist's vision of really reaching out, to other IAC Artists...
or just CALL ME, and pick your tunes of choice, and then see them added to my li'l station, at:
520-546-4522, anytime; day or night.
Just leave a voicemail if nobody picks up.
AND by the way, QUIT FUCKIN" worryin' !!!
I'm NOT a GODDAMN Stalker. I'm a fully commited-to-Princezzz, heterosexual, mostly-happily married MUSIC-DRIVEN man.
So, NO Worries, mate. LIFE is fuckin' short.
Do yourself a phavour....
GIVE me a phuckin' CALL.

i just figured out an EASY way to make DJ spots, including the VOICEMAILS requesting each song, just before it's played..... I just need one more piece of equip, and I can transfer the audio from the voicemail to a .wav file.
all that's left is figuring out how to convert it to mp3, with no software avail for free that will do this.

I called, and thought I may have gotten a porn hotline ... I wasn't quite sure.
I asked if it was the total request line, and they said "No problem, whatever you want honey!"
It seemed a little odd, so I asked if this was "Conversation Suicide's" number.
The reply was, "Don't worry, absolutely no conversation needed ... baby."
I said, "Phlegm?"
She returned, "Well, that's an unusual request, but I'm sure we can work something out."
I asked if she was a musician, she replied that she was an organ grinder. When I mentioned I didn't think that was actually an instrument, she suggested that since I'd never personally experienced her performance, that I really wouldn't know, would I? I had to admit she was right.
All it all, it was a very strange phone call. I was convinced that I'd dialed the wrong number until I got the bill for my phone at $3.99/minute.
Suddenly I realized how Phlegm was financing his trip to London.
Bravo, dude!

COlin ya gotta call it in 2 me, it's a VOICE request line.
No $3.99, Nor even a crazy price like 99 cents per minute.....all it costs is YOUR carriers Airtime...
And if you're in the U.S., call after 9pm, on most cell plans, and it's fuckin' FREE!
SO call NOW - Make your Selection by voice, and as soon as my next paycheck allows for the technology, y'all will be HEARD by all, as I upload your voices as the DJ Spots!

Bam, rather than contacting the support line, I figured out your concern as a sys admin was mostly with the NAME. So I changed it, to remove any direct affiliation with IAC itself.
Now it's Called "pHLeGm's Request Line Station", to avoid any Confusion.
BUT, it's really a station for ALL listeners on this site, 'cause if they call my number,
520-546-4522,
they can help build a station with their OWN choices of Artists from this GREAT Site, that we're PROUD to call home.
It's been pretty damn cool, so far.... so PLEASE, get our blog back on the front page, now that Ithe IAC Affiliation aspects that were inherrent in the station NAME, have been removed....
Thank you in advance for your consideration in this matter, and rock on my man.
