Actually, McCain looks more traditionally presidential.
Obama is more of a rock star type, or cool dude, which I think is cool, as far as looks go. But we're not voting on looks, at least I hope not.
As for GW Bush, he's sort of a non-issue right now.

I disagree. McCain makes a fool of himself daily. He gets names of countries confused. He doesn't know the difference between the factions in Iraq.
If McCain showed up to give a speech in Germany, he might draw 1000. Obama is going to speak reportedly to over 100,000 today.

Holo, you're not going to win anybody over to your point of view by calling them names.
You've made a good case for Obama but what the left always does is allienate the voters that they need to win elections by talking down to them. Sometimes you have to be diplomatic with people you disagree with and show them the error of their ways through intelligent persuasion, not insults. What about all the young people who say they are for Obama but stay home on election day because they don't think their vote matters? The threat to Obama is not just people who vote for McCain but people who are for Obama but don't vote. Obama is in trouble with his base more than he is in trouble with McCain voters. You would have better luck pushing them to vote for Obama than trying to convert Limbaugh righties who are NEVER going to see things your way. In my opinion, Obama is probably going to win. The party in power NEVER wins during a recession. Calm down!

sorry i misread the question, i thought you said who LOOKS more presidential. i think that a lot of men over 40 will not vote obama because he looks better than most of them. they're jealous. i call this the will smith effect.
laree, i suggest you stop listening to main stream media. it's almost as bad as celeb gossip and gives little in the way of real information. msm is like that aunt who drives you crazy because she makes a big deal out of the dumbest things and is constantly putting spin on things.
make some music instead. you're quite good at that.

Not Out of context Elizabeth, it was pointed out in this Blog how McCain makes mistakes.... No One is immune, and not everyone can look Presidential at all times. I am not surprised that you would defend him.
If one is going to make excuses for mistakes and misstatements, please apply them evenly to both Obama and McCain. Of course, I doubt that will ever happen.
They both look like idiots at times...

Larree, I've seen many speeches by both of them, including the town hall that McCain rigged with all supporters.
Everybody should feel lucky I raise political discussions here. These are important times.
The difference between Obama mispeaking and McCain is that McCain has proven numerous times he is actually lacking a grasp of factual material, like the other day when he mangled the details of the 'surge'.
Wasn't that a nice speech today. Won't it be great when America is respected in the world again.
