Why? Why? Why?
are the Republicans celebrating the Iraq War?
is McCain railing against the current administration when he backed them 93% of the time? I will add that the first thing he did in his speech was thank Bush for doing such a wonderful job.
is anybody stupid enough to believe that McCain stands for change?
does he go on about special interests when much of his staff during this year including some of his top advisors were lobbyists?
would anybody believe him when he talks about corruption after he's watched and supported Bush make a shambles of the constitution and of our moral standing around the world?
does anyone want 4 more years of this? Are they stupid? Do they believe his distortions about Obama and taxes and how could they if they've actually followed the issues?
As I said yesterday, he plans to put our country first, first into Iran then into North Korea, then into Russia.

McCain was supporting the troops in the field when supporting Bush, plain and simple.
The war is Iraq is at a turning point and the new Iraqi govt. has won with support of the US Army.
The media refuse to report this however.

It's at such a turning point that yesterday Petraus announced that they wouldn't be withdrawing those troops they said they were going to, after all.

The islamists have all moved to Pakistan where they are trying to resurrect the Taliban. That's why the whole Georgia war happened, because certain western leaders are looking for a new bogeyman and they figure they just might frighten a few more people with threats of a new cold war.

Invading Pakistan would be a disaster and shows how inept Obama really is on world affairs. Nothing would strengthen the insurgents in Pakistan more and if their govt was toppled as a result Al Qaeda 's arsenal would go from their rag-tag army to nuclear weapons with ballistic missiles to deliver them.
Obama was shooting from the hip when he made that statement, it was for ratings effect only cause no one in the military sure backed it.

Heck, no need to invade Pakistan.
They've just elected a new president who has an amazing new plan. Evidently he's going to fund his treasury by selling shares in the country through an already established international network.
In the U.S., you'll now be able to buy shares in Pakistan through their authorized dealer: 7-11.
Price per share will be based on the slurpee standard (versus gold and silver).
Sarah Palin already purchased 300 shares ... and encourages the rest of the world to participate ... citing her expertise in foreign affairs.

Obama understands the combination of tough diplomacy and military force that will enable the future president Obama to work with Pakistan and then go in there and get Bin Laden.
