Deep Purple; Machinehead
I had heard some Deep Purple but recently I was riding in a car to a concert and my friend put this gem in. I know it's classic rock to the nth power but it's really good loud, isn't it?

Early Deep Purple is freaking KILLER.
Songs like "Hush" and even "Smoke On the Water" get me going every damn time.

"MachineHead" is a great studio album. But check out "Live in Japan"- Deep Purple is was (is) always better live.

I've made a lot of musical posts here. Everytime they ask for a top 10 album or artist or song I participate. I've started a number of blogs about artists too. How about you?

Depending on the set list, we always play Smoke On The Water at some point. I'd like to throw in Lazy or 20th Cent. Greensleeves just for finger exersize.
Ritche Blackmore was/is a killer musician!
Listen to his "Rainbow" album..................Great stuff!

I flick off trolls like you with my little finger. Sure, I wish you didn't make the pipeline look dumb by your presence alone but you provide a great example of how askew the Hate Talk Express is.
I'm allowed to feel strongly about politics too. Doesn't mean I can't make a musical post when I feel like it.

Ha Ha, Holo
I sampled as couple of the licks from "Highway Star"(made in japan live version) for a DT track, was it not just #1 on mp3.com for nearly a year, and no one ever knew it was samples.......

Why the feck can't some of you guys give Holo a break!! He's talking about music, not politics. I don't do politics nor protests, so I just don't bother reading the political blogs.
Deep Purple one of the best rock bands - Great albums and great live in my opinion.
Another great rock band, AC/DC have just released a new album.

I never said Obama was a messiah. I consider you cultish because you believe every bit of nonsense on the right wing nutso sites.
I laugh at you talking about research because pretty much every article you've posted here is from some loon site that no one with a brain in their head takes seriously.
It doesn't take a genius or an overwhelming amount of research to see how much better a president Obama would be than McCain. Just look at how they ran their campaigns, how they handled their resources, their decorum, their honor.
