More on the joke that is Sarah Palin.
This woman is insane. She may be the most hypocritical individual in the history of society. Sure, she's just a soccer mom. barf.
WASHINGTON - Despite the furor over a $150,000 campaign shopping spree for GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin, the Republican Party continued to spend money on clothing and accessories for her in the contest's final weeks, new campaign reports show.
The latest buys ranged from $4,383 at Saks Fifth Avenue and $2,130 at Nieman Marcus, to $148 at Victoria's Secret locations in Philadelphia and Cincinnati. Another $430 was spent at Aldo, a shoe store. The buys were listed under the heading of "campaign accessories."
The party also paid $55,700 in "consulting" fees to Lisa Kline & Co., a New York fashion stylist. And the McCain-Palin presidential campaign, which was funded with $84 million in tax dollars under the presidential public campaign financing system, dispensed $34,384 to Amy Strozzi, a celebrity makeup artist. The campaign had previously paid Strozzi $36,000, disclosed in earlier campaign finance reports.

She's not going into obscurity, she's going to be running for president in 2012. I don't think anybody should forget how much of a dingbat she is.

Holo..., you give entirely new meaning to the word dingbat you nutjob..
http://www.debbieschlussel.com/archives/2008/10/shes_no_palin_m.html
" No $150,000 wardrobe malfunctions for Michelle Obama.
"Actually, this is a J. Crew ensemble," the wife of Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama told Jay Leno in an appearance on his show Monday.
"You can get some good stuff online," she added.
That's a lie. Obama's wardrobewhich probably exceeds $150,000is well known to be that of high-priced, exclusive designers. Endless profiles have been written about her custom-made tailored frocks from personal designer Maria Pinto. And then there are her gazillion-dollar outfits from Moschino, Narciso Rodriguez, and Azzedine Alaia.
The Wall Street Journal did a huge profile of Pinto and her personalized pieces for Mrs. Obama, to the tune of thousands of dollars. The New York Times wrote about the Pinto-Obama style relationship, too. In September, US Magazine did a two-page spread of Mrs. Obama's fancy designer duds. The ugly brooch she wore on her teal dress at the Democratic National Convention cost well over $200 alone."
http://online.wsj.com/public/article/SB121400121295793087.html?mod=blog
"The Obama buzz has helped lift Ms. Pinto's brand. "It's a huge compliment," she says. Orders for her designs are up 35% over the past 12 months, and potential investors and employees are cold-calling, she says. Ms. Pinto and her staff of 18 will soon be vacating their modest industrial studio for larger quarters in Chicago's West Loop, with a 2,200-square-foot boutique, Ms. Pinto's first. The space is now being outfitted with bamboo floors and soaring, Italian-tiled columns for a July opening.
Priced from $300 to $4,000, her clothes appeal to women who value original styles and a custom fit over label status. "My clients aren't into all the Gucci hoo-ha," she says. Her eclectic line includes form-fitting cashmere trench coats, simple sheaths in silk faille and featherweight pinstripe suits."

It depends how you count the beans then I guess Never Had A Brain.. A $200,000 kick in salary for sitting on the board of a Non-Profit Hospital buys alot of expensive clothes now doesn't it??? And who really has paid for them No Brain?
This is Holo's dumbest thread yet. Whatever was bought for the campaign was returned as was intended from the start so in essence nothing was spent. To bad George Soros is still so obsessed with Palin that it cost him Georgia & Minnesota as a result. Women are nothing but trouble allright..

Personally, I hope Barack does such a good job his re-election is a no brainer. He has surprised me so far, I hope he governs from the middle, taking the best liberal and conservative view that makes sense for us all. He made a Fiscally conservative statement of cutting the fat in the budget...I like that.
I hope he is never beholden to anyone but himself and his cabinet...no special interests or liberal/conservative whack jobs. :)
Yes, I hope he wins in a landslide in four years because The United States is doing so well, then in eight years Palin won't be so cute :) Heheh I don't think she has a chance anyway, the American public is not as dumb as some think....
I still Like Romney..Maybe Barack will cross Party lines in four years when Biden proves a liability and has Romney on his Ticket :) He did talk about Country first, party second. I know that won't happen, but I like the idea of making decisions based on intellect and not simply ideology.
God speed to Barack...I hope he does us all proud.
Peace...

I hope Obama governs from the center to Jeff but former Weatherman Mark Rudd has some interesting observations about Obama the Centrist you might want to read up on..
http://worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=82774
President-elect Barack Obama is "feigning" a centrist position on some issues so he can ultimately push through a radical agenda, including universal health care and trimming the military, according to analysis by a founder of the Weathermen terror group
, Mark Rudd, who has ties to Obama mentors.
Another top former Weathermen terrorist with ties to Obama mentors, Jeff Jones, concurred the president-elect will attempt major change, including "redistributing financial resources downward." He called Obama's "centrist" appointments a "smokescreen" to "co-opt the moderate center," declaring, "even Lenin would be impressed!"

Give the man the benefit of the doubt? Based on what? His extreme leftist voting record???
I'll believe what he does, not what he says he'll do. He hasn't even been sworn in yet and you're pining for 8 years already??? I'm hoping to draft Vladimir Putin for POTUS in 2012 myself. He'll make this country oil independent for sure, not just run his mouth on the issue. And he knows the Russians better than anyone.., that's the guy we really need running this country IMHO..

Your reading comprehension is a little weak.... Who the hell said I was pining for eight years????, my point was I would like the United States to be doing quite well in four years, and if so Obama would be re-elected. I look beyond partisan politics, you however are filled with so much vitrol you would like to see Obama fail miserably, You don't care that if your wish comes true, you are hoping the United States gets even more fucked up then it already is.. Its pretty pathetic. I will give him the opportunity to do some good, its not a stretch to give him the benefit of doubt...what do I have to lose? He will be my President for four years. I put the prosperity of The United States first...far over partisan blind hatred and distrust. That does not mean I will not be critical, and rail against him if he fails and is a radical leftist.

Jeff..., you're a complete idiot. Who the hell are you to tell me what I think and what I want to happen to this country?
For the record moron, this is about the 10,000th, attack thread directed at Sarah Palin, someone who is a better person than you and the idiot who started thius thread could ever hope to be, and you have never once said a word of opposition to the constant hostility and slander directed at Palin and you got the nerve to attack me like like you just did?
"I would like the United States to be doing quite well in four years,"
Who the hell doesn't idiot???
"I look beyond partisan politics,
You sure do look beyond partisan politics alright Jeff, you're conduct here proves that allright.
" you however are filled with so much vitrol you would like to see Obama fail miserably,"
No why would I want him to fail Jeff when that would mean catastrophe for this country and the rest of the world? If he pursues his campaign promises he will fail and those I appose for that very reason as I've stated many times in the past. I have confidence though the people who surround him won't let him do that though so I'm not nearly as pessimistic as you think. But if he goes against his advisor's he's gone in 4 years and I won't miss him.
"I put the prosperity of The United States first...far over partisan blind hatred and distrust."
You're the one you has demonstrated partisan blind hatred, I only presented facts and qualified opinions, to bad for you Americans still have the right to express opinions you don't agree with.., if you don't like it that's just too bad creep...

Wow, , just a little over the top. You are not understanding my point of view, and you go right for the personal "idiot" insults. You think I am partisan? .... that is funny. If you want the best for the United States, give Obama the benefit of the doubt....we will have him for four years.
Seriously your post really makes me shake my head...first, that you do not understand the point I was trying to make, and second the pure disgust you have with me...someone you know nothing about.
You stated Sarah Palin is better then me.. What the hell is that about?
I should not have said you don't care about this Country, but I do believe you want him out of the White house... if The United States is doing well in four years, that will not happen. Maybe you don't think this way, but there are many with your passion that do think that way...quite sad. I hope he does well..... if you agree, then there is nothing for us to argue about.
Good luck to you, I hope you find happiness....

Let's count those places FT.., one was the spot that tried to hatch the suicide prevention program that would depend on public funds for it's operational costs, isn't that right? And the lure was a potential recording contract for impressionable young people who would first have to pass through a psychiatrists office with pres-cri-ptions for the very drugs that factor in the majority of senseless suicides among young people, isn't that also right? And what have I forgotten besides the fact every moron on that site was eagerly cheering on that project despite the fact I made sure they were well aware of the harm it could cause??? Oh yeah.., public funds were welcome but members of the Police or various Clergys were not and now I'm banned from that cesspool??? Oh the shame..
That's almost on par the same apathy this place has shown for practice of allowing perfectly healthy newborn children who survive 3rd. term abortions to die by neglect so they don't become a burden to anyone.. Perfectly normal healthy children born on American soil with the same rights everyone here demands for themselves but they don't matter now do they, especially if it could mean running afoul of the politically correct thought police?
Well, I've done all I can for this place. You can go back to your non-stop attacks against anyone and everyone who isn't a complete leftist whackjob or fails to conform to your collective narrow-minded views. But I'm sure at least a few people a little more wiser now than they were previously and that's all the gratitude I need.

I'm saying let's get behind a Palin in her 2012 effort. I would probably donate.
Think of it. She would galvanize the right wing religious whackos, every last one of them like a magnet. They'd all follow her right off a cliff since she hasn't any real chance of getting elected. That would effectively nuetralize the 25 percent of the country that is the religious nut job vote, and that would be perfect.
So Palin in 2012, by all means.
